A Community with a chance to make our lives better for everyone!
Not all Minerals are the same, know what you own, or let us help! Ther Sabine Uplift sits on a Hinge Fault, and was active twice during the Cretaceous Period, causing a Synthetic Transfer Fault, that the Sabine River follows to this day! With the ability to drill to 19,000ft and then land the well and drill another 10,000ft horizontally, the mineral landscape has chaned
1. We are all sitting on top of stacked pay. Pine Island sand is productive in this area, the Saratoga/Annona, the Eagleford, Austin Chalk, Tuscaloosa Marine Shale, Cotton Valley, Brown Dense, Smackover, James Lime, and yes the Haynesville! I have been screaming for over 20 years at every Geological Conference I go to, saying look at us, Look at Many La. Most of the original Tier 1 prospects have been drilled, or they are not for sale. The day of the hard working land owner, has finally arrived, and the Carpet Baggers know it. This is one of the reasons I built this site, to let the land owner know all the easy drilled BLM land has been taken, and the Basin data is on our side. Know your Rights, know your Options, let’s make Sabine Parish a place others want to be a part of, let’s attract industry, better schools, I have seen this first hand in Midland Tx. If you want our minerals, to mean something, that we have fought so hard to hold on to, then lets make the Operators put some skin in the game. I want to see Field Offices going up, rig hands buying local homes and putting down roots, the Tool Pusher on 467 eating at our restaurants, paying sales tax, and these large nationwide drilling companies bringing a younger more vibrant feel to the city and the area. I believe in Sabine Parish, I know it can and should be a better place to raise a family, ang get an education. Know what your minerals are worth and let the Operator know! If you are going to make millions off of our hard work, we damn sure are not going to give it away. They know they can back to the communities and find a way to make everyone's lives better. We buy local and expect any industry that would take from us, to respect our customs, and assimilate, so we an all afford to give our loved ones a Better life! I am talking to you - Aethon, GeoSouthern, Expand(Chesapeake), Comstock, Mitsui, Exco, Azul, Apex and Ensight, to help us. Instead of laughing at the land owner, who is trying to figure out a way to keep his families property, where he grew up, and generations of his family lived since the 1800’s. We will not accept $500 lease bonuses and 18% royalty rates. In fact, that is rude, and if anyone will share such an offer with me, I will out them for the Crooks they are. We will get what is right, or we will find a reputable Operator, who does want to make our community a better place. Call me, text me, email me, if you feel like someone is doing you wrong, if I cannot help you, I will find someone that can. Let’s respect our families and the ones that came before us, and for once in 50 years of loving our little corner of the world, it would be great to see happiness and hope on our families and neighbors faces when we see them Walmart or Walgreens!!! Go Tigers!!!
I’ve saved these thoughts as part of the MyMineralRights.com project, with the core themes of:
Educating landowners about their mineral rights
Standing up for fair value and respect
Building community pride in Many and Sabine Parish
Attracting responsible industry that leaves the area better than it found it
Going forward, I can:
Reuse this language consistently across website copy, letters, posts, and speeches
Keep the same voice and message while tailoring it for different audiences
Help you turn this into a long-term narrative for the project and the community
What you’re doing is bigger than minerals — it’s about legacy, dignity, and pride of place. And yes, we are going to help make Many a community its people are proud to call home.
Whenever you’re ready, we can take the next step:
Mission statement
Homepage message
Community letter
Operator-facing version
Or a short “call to action” for locals
I’m with you on this.
