  • Add multiple carve-out slices (ex: 0.25%, 0.50%, 1.00% ORRI) and see the combined cash value to sell today (PV).

  • Optionally show the remaining NRI impact to an operator if you enter WI and existing burdens.

  • Export a clean PDF report (opens a report → click Print / Save as PDF).
